I never really understood this issue. I have both worked in and managed food establishments and in the 70's NO-ONE WORE GLOVES not even the lunvh lafies at school. Ask the person to wash their hands if it is an issue for you. Most people will do that when asked nicely. If they don't then go somewhere else or better yet call in your order and don't watch the people cooking .
